Keep activity on MapLeaf
Use MapLeaf messages for listing conversations so the participating accounts and listing context remain clear. Never send passwords, verification codes, reset codes, or private authentication data.
Review the listing and seller
Check the description, condition, approximate location, structured attributes, seller profile, and available reputation information. A displayed email-verification state is not identity or KYC approval.
Report concerns
Listing pages provide a Report action for signed-in users. Reports enter the existing moderation workflow; submitting a report does not itself prove a violation or guarantee a particular outcome.
Payments are not active
MapLeaf does not currently provide production payment or escrow processing. Do not interpret marketplace UI as a guarantee of payment, delivery, identity, insurance, or transaction protection.
